Shipping Time

We will process your order within 24 hours and typically need 5-7 days to re-polish and adjust the product to ensure quality. Once the product is ready, we will arrange for shipment on the same day. When items leave our warehouse, our standard shipping service usually takes 7-12 business days to deliver your order, except during the holiday season or other unexpected incidents. Products are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local couriers. However, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Domestic Orders
Although our goal is to bring LUCKON to the entire world, we currently offer complimentary shipping only to the countries and regions listed below.

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed. For more information about our order return process, or if you need additional assistance, please contact our customer service department.

Please note that we do not select the delivery service provider for a specific order. Carriers are assigned based on the shipping address. If you need additional assistance, please contact our customer service department and confirm further details before placing an order.

United States: Complimentary shipping is available for all orders within the 48 contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii (excluding Puerto Rico). Here is the full list of states LUCKON currently ships to:

Europe: Complimentary shipping is offered to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

United Kingdom and Canada: Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders.

Hong Kong and Taiwan: Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders.

Australia: Shipping services cannot be provided to the following postcodes: 2898, 2899, 4875, 6798, and 6799. We recommend contacting us before placing an order.

Customs and Import Taxes
