If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from Luckon's website, we are here to help! We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once we receive the returned products, we will process a full refund within 72 hours.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@luckoncraft.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, you will receive the return address by email. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage if the goods are returned for personal reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that a product is lost or damaged during its return journey, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility for such occurrences. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and the original packaging for fragile items to ensure their safety and security during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
